PRODUCTS & PRICING All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. ORDERS Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is accepted once we confirm and process it. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or in case of a pricing error — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full. PAYMENTS Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details — Razorpay handles this directly and is a Reserve Bank of India-regulated payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy pages, which form part of these Terms. PRODUCT USE Our oils and ghee are food products. Follow any usage guidance on the product page or packaging. If you have a known allergy or medical condition, please check ingredients before use. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to VR Natural and may not be copied or reused without our permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this website, beyond the value of the order in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by Indian law.
